- When will my card be charged?
Your Monthly Membership will be billed on 1st of each month.
- Is there a fee to enroll in the Monthly Membership?
No, there are no additional fees.
- Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be cancelled with 10 day written notice.
** No show appointments, last minute cancellations or missed monthly appointments cannot be transferred. **
- If I don't use my service for the month, can I get a refund?
All sales are final.
- What exactly is transferable?
Members can transfer their monthly service (DiamondGlow or Microneedling) to friends and family.
The additional 10% discount on products and services is not transferable.
